Jasmine Zine
Researcher studying Muslims in the Canadian diaspora. She teaches graduate courses in the Department of Sociology and Equity Studies in Education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto in the areas of race and ethnicity, anti-racism education and critical ethnography.
She has coauthored three books in the area of anti-racism and inclusive educaction and several refereed journal articles.
She also teaches gender and Islam in the Women’s/Gender Studies at the University of Toronto (Mississauga).
As well as being the book review editor of AJISS, and executive board member of AMSS, she is also president of MENTORS.
